the hotel provided tasty local cuisine that was a welcome addition to my holiday experience. the staff was helpful and offered advice on local knowledge, and provided assistance for ski passes and equipment hire. It was very helpful for me, especially since I was a beginner snowboarder.
For a Christmas experience, I was disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations visible. It felt unwelcoming and made it difficult to get into the festive spirit.

Exceptional hospitality and a great location. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, allowing for quick and easy access to the slopes. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, with picturesque scenery of the village below. The owners, Riccardo and Tereza, go above and beyond to ensure a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for their guests. They offer delicious local cuisine and are very knowledgeable about the local area, providing helpful tips and advice. It's also worth noting that the hotel is situated in a less crowded and touristy area, making it perfect for beginners or intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
There were a few negatives during my stay. the hotel lacked some basic amenities that I typically expect, such as a gym or spa facilities.
